Account and Order Data

VPNYT does not require an email address. You can create an account with a username and password, and the signup process does not ask you to submit an email. The account system processes usernames, password verification data, plan status, and data usage to authenticate users, provide subscriptions, and settle usage allowances.

Order records include the selected plan, amount, payment method, transaction identifier, and payment and refund status. They are used to verify payments, resolve billing issues, and handle refund requests. Information submitted through support tickets is used to address the related request. Provide only what is necessary; do not submit passwords, full payment credentials, or subscription links.

No Activity Logs

VPNYT does not log which websites users visit or store browsing history, destination URLs, DNS queries, or transmitted content. It does not create logs of user connection activity. As a result, connection activity logs have no retention period or history available for lookup.

During traffic forwarding, the system must process network requests in real time; real-time processing does not mean activity is written to persistent logs. Plan usage records are retained as aggregated totals, not as a list of websites visited. Orders, account actions, and support tickets are service administration data and are not combined with browsing content to create behavioral profiles.

Site Analytics and Local Storage

Analytics for the marketing website help us understand page views, referral categories, device and browser types, and button clicks, so we can assess whether content and navigation work as intended. These analytics cover pages on this site and are not used to record content accessed through international routes. Do not include sensitive credentials in page URLs or support tickets.

Cookies and local storage are used for session identification, login status, language preferences, and essential settings. The user panel stores login credentials locally so that subsequent requests can verify your identity. You can limit or clear this data in your browser settings; doing so may require you to log in again and may reset some preferences. Log out after using a shared device.

Third-Party Payments and Required Disclosures

VPNYT supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment service or network and are subject to its own data policies. VPNYT uses order identifiers and payment results to verify transactions; users are not asked to submit payment account passwords on this site. For transactions on public networks, the visibility of related records is determined by the network.

Data processing is limited to what is necessary to provide the service. If disclosure is required to meet legal obligations or respond to a valid request, the basis for the request will be checked and the scope of disclosure limited. This policy does not imply that VPNYT holds connection activity data it has not collected.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account information is retained for as long as needed to provide account services. Order and refund records are retained for transaction verification, dispute handling, and applicable legal requirements. Support tickets and site analytics are kept only while needed for their respective purposes, then deleted or de-identified. No single retention period applies to all data, and no fixed number of days is promised unless explicitly stated.

To access, correct, or delete account-related data, sign in to the user panel and submit a support ticket. We may ask you to verify control of the account before processing a request, but will not ask for your account password. Deletion may affect login and subscription use. Data that must be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve an open dispute will be kept only as necessary, with the reason explained. Clearing browser data does not replace a deletion request to the service.

This policy applies to data processing by VPNYT. After you leave this site, the platform you visit explains its own data collection practices. If service features or applicable requirements change, this page will be updated and the update month at the beginning will be revised. Significant changes to processing purposes, data categories, or user rights will be explained through an on-site notice.
