Service Scope

VPNYT provides international network connections and access to compatible client apps for cross-border access and access to international websites. Supported platforms are Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Client apps and subscription details are available through the user panel. Refer to the panel for current routes, plan status, and available access points.

The network connection service does not include accounts, content licenses, or paid benefits from third-party websites. Users are responsible for obtaining any required authorization and following the regional and usage rules of their target platforms. A working connection does not guarantee that a third-party service will allow access or provide particular content.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required; users can register with a username and password. Users should keep their login credentials, subscription details, and order records secure. Do not publish subscription links or allow unrelated parties to control your account. If credentials are exposed or unusual activity is detected, change your password promptly and report the issue through a panel ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time, but this does not permit sharing an account or subscription benefits with others. Accounts and subscriptions are for the account holder only. Reselling, renting, transferring, or providing the service to others through a public proxy or similar means is prohibited. Device rules and data allowances apply separately; unlimited devices do not mean unlimited data.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages remain valid until used and do not expire. Check the plan type, data allowance, and price before confirming your order. See Plan Pricing for available tiers.

Acceptable Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and to the relevant services, and are responsible for confirming that use of the network acceleration service is lawful. Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, or other lawful rights.

Using routes for network attacks, fraud, distributing malicious software, unauthorized system access, or sending spam is prohibited. Do not disrupt service infrastructure, misuse another person's credentials, or affect other users' normal use through abnormal requests. When using third-party services, you must also comply with their own terms.

Availability and Liability

Connection quality depends on factors such as local networks, carrier routing, device configuration, route maintenance, and target platform rules. VPNYT does not guarantee specific speeds, uninterrupted connections, or continuous availability of particular content. Maintenance or faults may lead to temporary changes to some routes. Updates will be posted through site announcements or the user panel.

VPNYT will address service faults within reasonable limits. Liability for effects caused by factors outside the service's control, including changes by third-party platforms, user device issues, and force majeure events, is determined by applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or affect users' right to seek remedies under the law.

Account Restrictions and Termination

If a user engages in unlawful use, resale or sharing, credential theft, or conduct that threatens service security, VPNYT may restrict relevant connections, suspend the subscription, or terminate the account based on the level of risk. Where circumstances allow, the reason will be communicated through the user panel. Necessary measures may be taken first if there is an urgent risk.

Users who disagree with the outcome may submit order details and relevant information through a panel ticket and request a review. Do not include passwords or complete subscription links in a ticket. Account actions do not affect any refund or other rights users may have under the law.

Changes to These Terms and Related Policies

VPNYT may update these terms in response to service changes or legal requirements, and will note the update month on this page. Changes that materially affect users' rights will be announced on the site or through the user panel, with details of how they apply. Updating this page does not replace any notice required by law.

You may request a full refund without giving a reason within 60 days of your first payment. See the Refund Policy for how to apply and the applicable rules.
