Refund Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains the refund scope, request process, and return of funds for VPNYT subscriptions. Requests and verification are handled through support tickets in the user panel. Confirmations about order amounts, payment records, or refund routes should also be kept in the relevant ticket for reference.

Refund window and scope

You may request a no-questions-asked full refund within 60 days of your first payment. The window is verified against the record of your first successful payment, and the request time is based on the ticket submission record. You do not need to prove a connection issue, provide speed-test results, or explain why you stopped using the service.

Please list the orders you want reviewed when submitting a request. If you have renewal, upgrade, or data package orders, their payment records must be checked separately. Multiple payments are not treated as a single refund, and later payments do not reset the refund window for your first payment. The specific orders and refund amounts must be confirmed through a support ticket before the refund is processed.

Eligibility and verification limits

You do not need to give an additional reason for requesting a refund due to changing needs, client preferences, or network experience. A normal connection, switching regions, using multiple devices at the same time, or having used some of your plan's data does not, by itself, justify refusing a no-questions-asked full refund within the window.

Cases involving excess data use, suspected violations, or an unusual account status must be assessed separately for plan metering, account ownership, and payment disputes. An anomaly flag alone does not cancel the refund commitment. VPNYT may ask for order evidence relevant to the dispute and will explain the verification requirements in the support ticket.

Requests made after the refund window are not covered by the no-questions-asked full refund commitment above. Orders that were not successfully paid have no collected funds to refund. The same payment will not be refunded twice. For orders involving suspected misuse of a payment method or an active payment dispute, the funds must be checked first to avoid duplicate processing.

Request process and required information

  1. Log in to the user panel, open the support ticket portal, and clearly state that you are requesting a refund.
  2. Provide your account username, relevant order number(s), payment date, payment method, and amount paid. List each order separately if there are multiple orders.
  3. Provide payment evidence as requested in the ticket, and confirm the orders, amounts, and refund route involved.
  4. After the refund is processed, check the payment channel's records. If you have questions about the amount or status, follow up in the original ticket.

Keep only the information needed to verify the order in your evidence; you may redact unrelated transactions. Do not send your login password, payment password, wallet private key, or recovery phrase in a ticket. If you cannot log in, use an existing account support option in the panel first. Never use someone else's account to submit sensitive payment information.

Refund routes and processing status

Refunds are normally returned through the original payment route. Verification, initiating a refund, and the funds reaching your account are separate steps. Arrival time depends on the payment channel's processing status, and this policy does not promise a fixed timeframe. Review the refund details in your ticket alongside the channel's transaction records.

If the original route is temporarily unavailable, the channel rejects the refund, or the transaction is still pending, explain the situation in the ticket and confirm the next steps first. Refunds are not automatically sent to a different recipient. Before confirming a refund, the handling of related subscription benefits and data packages should also be explained to help ensure the order status can be verified.

Payment methods and dispute handling

This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Alipay and WeChat Pay orders follow the refund routes available through their respective channels. If a refund cannot be returned through the original route, payment ownership must be verified before confirming a workable option in a support ticket.

On-chain USDT transfers cannot directly reverse the original transaction. If a transfer refund is needed, confirm the network, recipient address, refund amount, and handling of any network fees in a support ticket. The transfer will be made only after confirmation; additional fees or exchange-rate compensation are not automatically promised.

If you disagree with the handling outcome, add supporting order details to the original ticket for review. For other terms regarding account use and information handling, see the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Any channel details not covered on this page should be explained before the refund is processed.
